"Can You Live A Diet without Eggs? " is an introductory plant-based nutrition course, which includes cooking demonstrations of two plant-based recipes without eggs. Through the mindful act on how to choose right diet, let’s cultivate the awareness on how to "love yourself".

Happy Plantarian
Happy Plantarian started out with two sisters Tansy and Althea who are passionate in creating wholesome, innovative and super flavorful “West meet East” Whole Plant foods to share with families and friends. The sisters have been on Whole Food Plant-based Vegan for more than 26 years. They aim to promote “Eating Right = Healthy, Happy People” through their interactive nutrition-based Cooking Classes and PCRM “Food for Life” Nutrition Program.
