The spirit of having HART Partner Hausian scheme is to foster sustainable developments of the creative ecosystem - HART and the Partner Hausians are determined to work on constant personal and communal growth. Collective efforts made by the pioneers will drive impacts in the society, offering innovations, proper values, creativity and inspirations to those who are familiar or curious about the arts and culture.
Criteria of Partner Hausian
Professionalism
Not only with experiences as an established creative talent based in H.K., her/his expertise, skills and knowledge in management should be abundance to fulfil the partnership resulting good impacts for the communities/ecosystem/society
Highly independent with entrepreneurial spirit (*please refer to the details in our Application Manual)
Having the awareness about all protocols to follow - and even offering advice to the young and emerging talents/artists in HART Studio
Solid knowledge and background about creative industries and dynamics in Hong Kong on what to work with HART for community members, even to discuss on how to support other Hausians to grow and evolve (e.g. on career developments or gaining opportunities at work or to learn new skills etc.)

Sustainability
The Partner Hausian is expected to have good leadership, supporting, facilitating or coaching fellow Hausians/creative talents in Hong Kong to realise programs/ projects with HART --- evidenced in the track record before and after s/he joined HART Social Studio (e.g. keeping a good relationships with Hausian alumni; coaching fellow Hausians in Social Studio on realising communal or commercial projects/ programs --- or just on material use or tool applications on art making etc.)

Process
All Partner Hausians who have been working with HART joined HART Studio on a ‘by-invitation only’ basis. We may consider proposals and applications exceptionally, and to accept a maximum of two candidates in a year if HART thinks they fulfill all criteria with potential to work on a sustainable partnership with us.
