HART Haus Social Studio Showcase 2020
Culture vultures rejoice! The Hong Kong art scene is very much alive, and the artists of HART Haus’ 2020 Session have been hard at work, face masks on and paint brushes in hand. So escape your cramped apartment, grab your friends (in government recommended group sizes… of course), and come see some masterful contemporary art.
HART Haus is pleased to announce our Social Studio Showcase, a unique experience that allows you to visit the studio where the masterminds work, as well as appreciate works from some of our most talented artists from our current session. For each Session, we carefully select a diverse array of local and international artists to cultivate a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. This Social Studio Showcase will highlight this diversity, displaying a variety of mediums including acrylic, watercolor, sculpture, photography, and mixed media.
Behind-the-scenes workstations of all our artists will be featured in the show, and along with exciting new and rearranged works from Ane Alfeiran, Amy Maria Tong, Sunstorm Studios, KC Wong, Yujiang Ma, Puichee Chui and Sharu Binnong Sikdar. In addition, the showcase will include a silent auction initiated and organized by some of the participating artists, with proceeds going to support The Sovereign Art Foundation, a non-profit which uses contemporary art to benefit disadvantaged children.
The Social Studio Showcase will take place on Thursday evenings. At each event date, the participating artists will be actively working in the Studio, available to introduce and discuss their works to both media and guests. HART Haus 匯舍展示
文化愛好者的好消息！正當香港藝術界漸漸復甦，HART Haus 本季度的藝術家（Hausians）一如往常的在工作室裏努力不懈；雖然隔著口罩，卻絲毫無阻他們創作的熱誠。所以，與其繼續窩在狹窄的家中，我們邀請你找上朋友（當然 —— 在遵守政府所建議的群組聚集指引前題下），一同來欣賞精湛的當代藝術。
HART Haus 為你呈獻匯舍展示 —— 一次獨一無二的藝術體驗。參加者除了可以一探一眾藝術人才的工作室，同時亦可欣賞他們部份新作。在每個季度的匯舍，HART 都用心選拔專注不同領域的本地及國際藝術家，冀以建立一個具協作性、橫跨不同媒介的空間。這次匯舍展示將強調此多樣性，展現一系列不同型式的作品，包括塑膠彩、水彩、雕塑、相片，以及混合媒體。
活動除了呈現平日鮮有開放的藝術工作空間外，更匯集藝術家 Ane Alfeiran、Amy Maria Tong、 Sunstorm Studios、KC Wong、馬玉江、徐沛之及 Sharu Binnong Sikdar 的新作，以及重新編排的作品。此外，部份藝術家在是次展示中將自發舉辦無聲拍賣的活動，所籌善款將捐贈予非牟利機構 The Sovereign Art Foundation，以支持機構透過當代藝術幫助弱勢兒童。
匯舍展示將於一連數個禮拜四傍晚舉行。於活動當日，參加的藝術家將於工作室進行創作，親身和來賓介紹並討論作品。請在以下日子來與我們一同渡過愉快的晚上：
