This Personal Data Collection Statement sets out the terms and conditions applicable to personal data collection by HART Collective Limited ("HART"). HART (“we” or “us”) undertake to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the “Ordinance”) in collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data.

We may collect your personal data including your name, telephone number, email address and residential area (“Personal Data”) in order to provide you with information of our events, and promotions, products and/or services at any premises of "HART Collective Limited", and for direct marketing purposes. You are not obliged to supply your Personal Data to us, but if you do not supply the requested mandatory data marked with asterisks (*), we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.

You may contact our Personal Data Privacy Officer for enquiry, updating of your personal data or withdrawing your consent to our use and transfer of your Personal Data by sending the same to the following addressee:
