About the company
HART Collective Limited, under Henderson Land Development, is an initiative aiming to revitalize community value through new forms of arts and creative lifestyle projects. HART, a collective of creative entrepreneurs’ workstations and art project spaces, will reinvent exploratory happenings, experiential retail and creative concepts on an event-basis, for example with luxury retail brands and bespoke international professionals, as well as provide physical space for the creation of artworks and cultural dialogue and the development of a core art audience at a grassroots level for the HART brand. HART serves as an agent to create opportunities for talents contributing to Hong Kong and launch arts-related special projects for the group companies.

About the role
As a Community Manager for HART Collective Limited, you are expected (a) to assist in the day to day operations at HART Haus the studio and mission in fostering the creative talent community; (b) to facilitate and liaise on existing and future creative projects driven by entrepreneurs and artists across Hong Kong; (c) to manage projects for and within the group companies; (d) to support the Director and Managers to establish the HART Living Archives and to support the records management; (e) to organise, implement and execute programme/ happenings at the studio. The Community Manager expects to learn much about the international and local art ecosystem, the creative industries, the business and the corporate culture through their practice at HART of the Henderson group.

Responsibilities
●  Manage creative talents' engagement, monitor their activities and supervise the day-to-day usage of the atelier facilities
●  Create a welcoming and collaborative environment among members and visitors through customer service and relationship building
●  Oversee and execute daily studio operations, and to handle administrative tasks
●  Support and take initiative to build records, databases and the Archives for the HART initiative in a professional manner
●  Event and venue management responsibilities and logistics organisation when applicable
●  Help develop creative marketing strategies - in particular, to manage the social media platforms and to make promotional designs when needed
●  Co-ordinate and liaise with internal parties (Henderson group of companies) and external parties (current and potential partners and collaborators) when applicable

Requirements
●  Passion in the arts, culture and creative field. Prior experience in the art industry a plus
●  Maintain a positive and professional demeanor - have a hands on work ethic - we like people who get things done and actively seek ownership
●  Self-starter who has the ability to work independently
●  Strong proficiency in handling administrative tasks
●  Complete fluency in English, Cantonese a must and fluency in Mandarin a plus
●  Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Possess a high EQ and enjoy grooming/mentoring and developing entrepreneurs/ creative talents
●  Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills
●  Knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures
●  Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Apple OS devices; knowledge and proficiency in design software and social media management a plus
●  Work experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, community leadership, business operation, corporate culture, and/or editorial roles a strong plus
●  Creative mind to problem-solving a strong plus
●  With an entrepreneurial spirit
●  Adaptability to changes and the corporate culture
●  Possess exceptional team-spirit
●  A strong educational background
●  At least 2 years of prior work experience
●  Have background knowledge of startups
